Shipping policy

We use Evri for all order deliveries within the United Kingdom.

• We only ship domestically within the UK.

• We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, or British Forces Post Office locations.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Parcels are dropped off at an Evri ParcelShop location for delivery.

• Standard delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch (mainland UK).

• Delivery times may be longer for remote locations.

• Evri will make up to three delivery attempts at no extra cost.

• All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched.

• All parcels are packed according to Evri’s packaging standards. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and accessible for delivery.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and size.

• If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to submit a claim.
